What to expect
A forest therapy/nature walk is meandering and covers a very short distance. Each walk will consist of series of short invitations designed for you to explore on your own and awaken your senses to nature.
Cost
At this time, I am not charging for any of my guided experiences, but perhapy you could consider making a donation to one of your local charitable nature/land organizations after our time together, whether a local park or a national cause. In this time of forest devastation with wildfires, I have two organizations I have researched and recommend:
Clean Air Task Force and American Forests
Additional Info
Arrive 10 minutes early to check-in, so we can start our walk on time.
Dress appropriately for the weather and plan on being outside for an extended period of time.
Stay hydrated by bringing water bottle.
Depending on the season you may want sunscreen, bug spray, blanket, raincoat etc. Walks will be held in the rain, provided there is no thunder or lightning.
